At HOMELINK ONLINE, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received
  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh herbs, spices) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable or consumable goods (unless faulty)
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us to arrange this.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
