Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Nairobi and across Kenya. For orders outside Nairobi, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Nairobi CBD & Suburbs: 1–2 business days
- Other Counties in Kenya: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details where applicable.
